Comfortably accommodating up to10 guests with modern amenities and offering easy access to the best of the Mornington Peninsula.
Downstairs living features a contemporary styled kitchen with an induction stove, electric oven, a microwave, stone bench tops, dishwasher, air fryer, rice cooker, and a coffee pod machine. There is an adjoining meals area with direct access via wide doors to the fully private outdoor deck. Comfortable living room featuring a leather lounge, a large TV, and split system AC units throughout the home.
Three spacious bedrooms, an additional double sofa in the lounge, together with a powder room and 2 bathrooms including an ensuite to the master, comfortably provide for 10 guests. This is an ideal townhouse for 2-3 families to enjoy and share a coastal getaway.
The fully fenced rear yard is secure for young children and there is off street parking for 2 cars. Dromana is a vibrant township, popular for family friendly beaches, the local pier, an award-winning IGA store with amazing food selections, and an abundance of trendy cafes and restaurants. Championship golf courses, world class wineries, loads of national parkland, and the Peninsula Hot Springs are all within easy access.
