In front of the house there are 2 parking spaces and the electric charging station that is part of the equipment. On the first floor of the house there is a living and dining area with an adjoining kitchen. The small guest bathroom with washing machine and dryer is also located in the lower area of the house. From the living and dining area there is access to the terrace. The staircase in the hallway leads to the upper floor where there is a bedroom with a nice double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and access to the attic, as well as a sauna and the bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath. The second single bed can be found in the attic.
