The house has a lovely space with the high ceiling height and the large windows facing the balcony and the beautiful view. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups or for parties. The house has a total of three patios, a large patio deck and two balconies. All with sea view. Here you can enjoy watching the sun set over the strait, with the bridge as a beautiful silhouette. Kitchen and bathroom are on both floors, which makes the house perfect for two groups who want to celebrate holidays together. You have four beds each on both floors. On the entrance floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the upper level there is a bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out comfortable sofa bed for two. All bedrooms with blackout pleated window blinds. Not allowed to charge electric cars. You can swim directly down by the sea, but there are also swimming beaches at the campsite next door, inside Färjestaden or at Talludden's campsite. Färjestaden with its seaside location and lovely harbor environment is very popular in summer. There is a large selection of fine restaurants and ice cream cafés here. There are paddle and tennis courts, mini golf, spa and shopping center, etc. Öland's zoo with its animals, water park, amusement park is usually popular with children. From here you can explore the rest of Öland if you wish. Kalmar is also close by if you want a larger selection of shops etc. or see beautiful Kalmar castle.
