A lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa nestled on the hillside in a quiet ‘Domaine’ at La Croix Valmer on the Cote D’Azur. With panoramic sea views you can spend the day relaxing on the terrace or by the private pool. If you prefer, the gorgeous sandy beaches at Debarquement are only a 15 minute walk away. There are many other lovely beaches to explore in the vicinity and St Tropez is only 12 kilometers away. The property is private, yet only a short walk from the village of La Croix Valmer with all its lovely restaurants, bars and shops. It is desirable to have a car to explore the local area with its beautiful perched villages such as Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud. There is a car port available at the villa with an EV charging point.
The house itself is a typical Provencal villa with a terracotta roof and rendered walls which has recently been upgraded with air-conditioning and re-tiled floors and re-tiled swimming pool. The windows are protected with traditional wooden shutters or grills. The pool conforms with safety standards and is surrounded by railings with a child-proof gate. The front-door is situated on the north side of the property and there is a flight of stairs from this mezzanine floor down to the lounge, kitchen, main bathroom and second bedroom. The lounge has folding French windows leading to the terracotta tiled terrace and the wonderful views of the Mediterranean and surrounding hillside. The main double bedroom is on the top floor and its double doors open onto an upper terrace again with spectacular views. The smaller bedroom is also on the top floor with sea views. The second bathroom is located on the top floor. The third bedroom is on the mezzanine floor. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. The lounge has a comfortable corner sofa to seat 5 people, a dining table which extends to seat up to eight people, an internet enabled smart TV. There is a log burning fire for the winter months, along with a number of electric radiators for guests who wish to stay outside the high seasons when the nights can turn chilly. Wi-Fi is available at no additional cost.
The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a coffee maker and a microwave oven. The kitchen has a door opening onto the terrace as well as a window with sea views.
The modern downstairs bathroom has a bath and separate shower facilities.
Outside there is a sweeping driveway down to the car port and the 'front door'. The gardens are well maintained and are planted with oleander, olive trees and citrus fruit. There are c30 steps down to the road below the house for access to the Village and beaches.

The most beautiful home in the perfect spot. Amazing views, comfortable amenities, nice cool air conditioning, gorgeous GORGEOUS pool. Fully loaded kitchen, wonderful little touches like pool tools, beach chairs. We loved everything about our stay and highly reccomend booking this house for your next family vacation in the south of France!

The panoramic sea view was absolutely breathtaking. The pool was very clean and inviting. The villa was very clean, spacious and everything in perfect order. The outside space and gardens were extensive, private and perfect for outside eating and overall enjoyment. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. The local village of La Croix Valmer is a picture perfect base and the local beaches stunning. Overall our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa.
