This lavish apartment is the only unit within the Old Trees development boasting five bedrooms and two sea facing covered terraces as two adjacent units were joined to create one impeccable apartment encompassing the entire first floor of the North building.
Upon exiting the elevator on to the first floor, a large pointed and blocked coral stone wall entices you with twinkling light fixtures as you enter through the main door. Vaulted pickled ceilings accompanied by warm recessed lighting welcome you into a modern yet welcoming apartment. The expansive living space with multiple seating options has been fitted with a black grand piano, coffee table, television and plush sofas, all embracing clear skies and turquoise waters.
The attractive en suite bedrooms are divided on either side of this illustrious unit. The Master bedroom, Bedroom 2 and 3 are located to the left of the condo, while Bedroom 4 and 5 situated to the right. Guests have the option to use all five en suite bedrooms with no Media Room or four en suite bedrooms with the Media Room as a possible fifth bedroom option (suitable for children only)*. The Media Room is equipped with a sofa couch that converts into two singles beds, and acts as a possible fifth bedroom option with a powder room.
