Welcome to Fox Paw Lodge, a luxury Breckenridge wheelchair accessible vacation rental. Our stunning home offers an incredible location and amazing mountain views! Spacious enough to comfortably sleep 12 guests, this home is ideal for multi-generation family gatherings and groups of friends. When you’re not exploring the mountains, enjoy the pool table, fire pit, hot tub, and gas fireplaces, or head out to rejuvenate with the resort amenities.

Fox Paw Lodge offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access to Peak 8 as well as all the resort amenities of One Ski Hill Place. Guests can access the resort’s free shuttle service, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, bowling alley, media rooms, fitness facility, restaurant, and après ski bar.
In the summer, hike, mountain bike, and explore Breckenridge Fun Park where climbing walls, ropes courses, and chairlift reside.
The walk-out basement of the home is an amazing space where guests can enjoy the pool table, gas fireplace, wet bar, and TV before heading out to the outdoor patio for the hot tub and gas fire pit.

Entire home, elevator, and 2 garage parking spots (7’ clearance) and 2 driveway parking spots. The home is wheelchair accessible.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the Peak 8 neighborhood that provides the perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking during the summer. During the winter months, the home is ski in/ski out – the trails are green circle (beginner), making them accessible for all skill levels. Additionally, Main Street with all of its restaurants, bars and shops are less than 2 miles away.
Getting Around:
Downtown Breckenridge and the Breck Gondola parking lot are less than 2 miles, approximately 5 minute drive, from the house. Uber/Lyft are available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.
Please note that smoking is not permitted. A fee of $1500 will be charged to guests if smoking inside the rental property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside.
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week, season, and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
Summit County will place a fire ban from time to time which limits the use of the fire pit. If you plan to use this amenity, please message us beforehand to see if it is available.
The home has 2 spaces for parking in the driveway and 2 spaces in the garage. The garage has a 7' clearance and can fit most vehicles. Larger trucks and vehicles with luggage carriers will not fit.
The elevator is not a toy and small children should not ride or operate it unsupervised. Please respect the elevator and use it appropriately. The elevator is intended for handicapped or elderly individuals. We ask that you use the elevator to take heavy luggage up and down between floors, as to avoid damaging the stairs.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Overall, the property was very nice although a little bit on the dated side and some of the appointments could’ve been higher end such as the toilet paper and pillows. there could’ve been a few Afghan blankets around but the space overall was very comfortable for our size family The ski in ski out was not as accessible is one would like, but it was available. The property manager could’ve plowed the driveway and perhaps the ski in ski out Trail off of the property to make it more accessible.

Beautiful home at the base of Peak 8. Incredible views that are superior to the pictures. Home was perfect for our group with plenty of room to spread out and also perfect areas to congregate. Definitely recommend.

We had a great spring break. I was a bit nervous booking such a late ski trip but the weather was perfect. We had 4 adults and 7 kids and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out in the house and once we figured out the best way to get on the mountain, it was so simple to get everyone out the door. (using the back door to the backyard to the access across the street is so convenient. And skiing home is even simpler. House was perfect and we'd definitely recommend!

Great lodge. Everything was in tip top shape and worked flawlessly. Art and deco is beautiful. Once you figure out how to ski in it is amazing. Turn off tryvigies platter right before you get to the magic carpet. Ski right into the hot tub. Great place!

This property is beautiful and the views of the mountains are spectacular! My family enjoyed the skiing and playing Code Names around the table! We made many memories and hope to return!

This is a really nice house. It is well appointed and has lots of ensuite bathrooms so everyone has great private space. The ski in ski out is a little tricky.....mostly because we received 2 feet of snow while we were there so felt like trudging through 3 foot snow drifts to get out of the back of the house. We had so much snow we were able to ski over the roads which helped a bit. By the end of the end of the trip we could ski out of the back of the house and cross a road to get onto 4 o'clock run which takes you down to snowflake lift. Coming home we either went to the maintenance facility on 4 o'clock run and walked a couple houses home or came in off of Trygvie's and went down the road to the house.
Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the location. The included shuttle access save us money on Uber and lyft charges. we used the shuttle about 70% of the time which was really nice.
I would definately stay here again. It is such a blessing to be able to rent such beautiful places like this home. Amazing views and great home base for a great vacation.

The location is perfect-close to downtown, but it feels remote. The views are amazing. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and fireplaces.
