Small Lane Cottage is a cottage consisting of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, and a sitting room with TV and wood-burning stove. Wooden roof beams add character throughout. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, king-size, and two doubles. There is a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with hot tub and furniture, and off-road parking for four cars. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available. EV Charging available. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.2 miles. Return year after year to Small Lane Cottage. Note: EV charging payable on site. Note: Check-in 10am, check-out 4pm. Please note: the game room will be a shared space from September onwards. Please note: This property can only accommodate Friday and Monday changeover.
