With four spacious bedrooms, two and a half pristine bathrooms, a spacious backyard, laundry amenities, and high-speed internet, you'll find all the comforts of home in this tropical paradise. The main level of the house offers a spacious living room, an open-concept kitchen with an island, and a dining area perfect for family gatherings. Additionally, there is a convenient half bathroom on this floor. The master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, a large smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks and a bathtub, is also located on the first floor.
Moving to the second floor, you will discover three generously sized bedrooms, each furnished with a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds respectively. The shared bathroom is conveniently situated in the hallway for easy access.

Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials for culinary delights. · Laundry: Washer and Dryer are in the garage.

· Parking: 1 standard-sized cars in the garage and 2 parking spaces on the driveway. NO parking on the street or road.

· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.

· Self-check-in via Smart Lock.

· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.

· Access to the community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym will be available in late Summer 2025.

· For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco, Target, shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and more timely travel.
