They should put hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels swim suits or just a robe and the chicken in a barrel restaurant was convenient but just ok

Waimea Plantation Cottages are on the quieter side of the island. It is more laid back and less touristy. It was great to enjoy the peace that comes with the west side of the island of Kauai. The cottages are old, but well-maintained and comfortable. Our family of 5 stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage and enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and there is a decent little restaurant on site.

Plantation was nice. The cottage kitchen pans suck we make breakfast every or tried to there pans were the worse and a glass pan broke while my husband was making breakfast. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable and hard.

The property is beautiful. The cottage was comfortable and quaint. We loved the privacy you can't get from a large resort. The hammock was nice and relaxing.

The cottages are dated but very nice. The area was quiet with very friendly staff! Our cottage was beach front and we loved listening to the ocean. The beach was beautiful and not packed with people. It is located on the less populated tourist side of the island which was very relaxing. We would definitely come back to stay there.

The cottage was cute and clean. Very charming. We loved the property. The staff was hot and cold. Some were very friendly and others seem distracted. The onsite dining was mediocre, but lots of places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommend Island Taco. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The complimentary laundry facilities were very convenient.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Great amenities. I love it and will definitely be coming back. One tip would be to bring bug spray, other than that it was amazing.

This is absolutely the most relaxing place to stay! The cottages are in pristine condition. I spent hours just relaxing on my porch, walking on the beach and trading by the pool.

Many of the other cottages had tables large enough for dining which I would have preferred. Fridge was full size and plenty of pots & pans, utensils, etc. If you have coconut sensitively like me, bring your own amenities such as soap and shampoo. They did not have any alternatives. The pros of staying at the cottages far outweighed any of the cons. Would definitely return!
