The company charged a cleaning fee outside the total that was listed in the app. It was shady to add fees after I had agreed to pay for the stay.

The property looks good on the web site,but there is no maintenance, outside is in disrepair, all outside light fixtures are outdated and in awful condition, pool area needs attention, pool chairs were broken,pool deck concrete cracked and in need of repair, front of office water feature not working, parking garages dark and dirty,again,old and outdated light fixtures, talked to a manager,who said she just started 2 weeks ago,brought some of these problems to her attention, she was awesome, she had most of the pool chairs repaired, but we were leaving by the time they were repaired, she is probably going to be the saving grace for this property,now lets start with the unit,the bed was terrible, old mattress with a 2 inch foam mattress,no fitted sheet,dusty,had to go out and buy face cloths,found 2 in the unit,both were dirty and gross,shower floor looked like it was never cleaned, black mold on bottom of walls near floor,tv in living room didn't have regular cable,so you only could watch movies,you needed to go into the bedroom and lay on the bed to watch regular tv,which was a pain,especially when you wanted to watch the news and not wake up your partner,all in all,i would not recommend this property to anyone untill they fix all of the problems and update the property. This could be a nice place to stay if updated and the owners of the unit i stayed in and the property owners put some time and money in updates !!

The place is cute, enough space for a family. The cleaning procedures need a bit of an overhaul, the place needed to be wiped down by us. The counters were stained and had stuck on food. The bathroom needed additional attention when cleaned. The place needs some tlc overall. Things are looking worn and the couches were very stained and socks and trash left behind from the previous guest. The outdoor patio area is nice but not very private as the doors don’t lock and we had people walk through while we were there. Some of the outdoor lights did not work at night so it was a bit dark. Overall I would stay again just hope next time it’s better taken care of. The contactless check in is great. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool area were clean. Great location!

Loved Coral Springs! Quality place. I do wish there would've been tennis balls and or pickle balls, but that's minor. The only real issue was the locals had no problem coming in to enjoy the pool facilities. There were several of them. They were a bit creepy and inappropriate. It made me uncomfortable with my kids being in the same pool and I definitely wasn't going to let them go near the hot tub while they were in it. Would be nice if the main entrance had a security code specific for the paying patrons.

We loved having a private patio with a fireplace. It was nice having a washer and dryer. The beds were comfy and the pools were clean and close to the condos. Beautiful property!

This is a beautiful property! We had a three bedroom condo on the top floor. The view of the mountains and sunset was great! This is more of a condo rental than a hotel stay. There is no staff on site. Checking ourselves in and out without an elevator and two small kids was a bit tough. The room was wonderful, kitchen great, furnished beautifully, everything comfortable. I didn't realize there was a "cleaning" fee on top of the room fee, so look for that before booking. They also tried to charge the incorrect amount and I had to call them to have it corrected. Great stay, but watch the charges carefully. :)

We received the email and text on how to get into the Condo around checkin time, but we did not arrive on the property till after 10pm. We were able to go straight to the condo. It was amazing! Had 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed, another with a Queen and a third with 2 sets of Full Size Bunk Beds. Everything was top of the line and so nice. The kitchen was fabulous to have and I didn't think we would have to use the washer/dryer, but my daughter got sick and we ended up needing it badly! Would totally stay here over and over again. It was 45 min from Zion and 10 min from our favorite restaurant in St George- Viva Chicken.

I loved how clean and spacious the room was! The bathroom was excellent, the room far exceeded any expectations. The check in was a bit confusing because I didn’t realize I had an email telling me how it worked. However, the number I called, the staff was very patient and helpful with me.

The place itself was comfortable and clean with all of the amenities you need, where we instantly felt at home. All of the staff from maintenance to office were incredibly friendly and prompt to respond to questions. The pool was a FABULOUS perk with beautiful views and is well maintained, along with the tennis and b-ball court. The location was a perfect mix of quiet seclusion with the option of nearby shops and towns, including short drives to all hiking and water recreation spots from Sand Hollows (6 min drive) to Zion National Park (45 min). Overall this place was awesome and we’d highly recommend!

One of the best places to stay in the St George area. This is our favorite place because it feels central to everything and it feels very distant from everyone even though it’s only 10 minutes away from everything.

Overall, this was a great place to stay while I visited Zion National Park with my husband. Because my experience was overall good, I hate to bring up these negative things, but I feel people should know what they are getting into before they rent a room. So here it goes... -Getting a good room is kind of a gamble. These are condos that are actually owned by people, that you are renting while they aren't staying there. That means that they aren't completely owned by the resort, which makes them all different. -One of the disappointing things about our room was that I felt like my stomach was really struggling with the water in the hotel. The next day I checked the filter on the fridge and it said that the filter was completely bad. -Since the properties are technically owned by people and not the resort, they can also sell the condos. My husband and I had just showed up at our condo and started settling in, when a realtor and a couple literally walked right into our condo. The realtor felt terrible and immediately called the resort staff, but no one called to apologize, or to let us know that we were indeed in the right place. I eventually just wanted down to asked the staff, who informed me that the realtor had called and was really sorry, and that someone had told him that no one had booked the property for that day when in fact someone had. I felt bad for the realtor, but was a little upset at the condo staff for not reaching out to let us know what the mistake was.
