This place was clean, had a modern bathroom and was literally right out the front of the tram stop! Fantastic for getting around Nice. Would recommend.

The room and property in general were clean, the breakfast was good and not expensive and staff was friendly. The only issue was that it was noisy at night, people slamming the doors and you could hear everyone in the corridor.

We did a reserve because the website is saying that it has air conditioning. Last year it was true. This year not. After talk to the receptionist she said that they don’t turn it on during February. But was sunny, the room was really warm and the window doesn’t opens.

I like the property and the staff which are professional. I like also breakfast which is rich. Everything was very good.

Polite, helpful staff, comfortable beds. In general it was clean and housekeeping came every day if you like, but air conditioner definitely needs deep cleaning . Some people may have dust allergies so it could be a problem for them if they want to use air conditioner.

Great service. The guys at the front work really hard and are super friendly. The elevator broke while we were there and I have a heart condition, so it wasn’t great timing. The keys to the elevator and the rooms were constantly not working, so continual trips to the front desk had to be made. Our bed was very lumpy and made for a rough sleep. It’s an average property and fairly far from town, but is right on the train line, so easy and quick to get into town. The lobby is bright and big, easy to hang out in. Only a block from the beach! Again, the service is good, they try hard to make up for what is lacking.

We wanted a family break on a budget and this served us perfectly. There is an excellent boulangerie across the road for breakfast. The beach is one block away and has a lovely beach club which we used on 3 days. The pizza place next door is better than anything we found in central Nice so that was also a massive bonus. The tram is outside the hotel so simple to get from the airport in 15 mins. Also easy to go to central nice. All in all very good value and I would recommend.

Lovely hotel clean comfortable room and with air conditioning. Only downside was nothing vegan for breakfast apart from dry bread jam apples and apricots. I had to buy vegan spread avocados and tomatoes to take with me for breakfast each morning
