We arrived just before midnight, the staff at the reception had our two adjacent rooms ready as per our request. We loved the facilities, pools, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness center. We used massage facility, hot stone massage lady (Leanne) was brilliant. The breakfast bars have everything you can ask for, loved it. The Sheff (Naeem) even cooked us vegetable omelet on our request. Loved the terrace space and pool. We visited sea four times during our 9 days stay. It was very convenient with 2min Solar boat, best experience. The staff at the facility were very polite and always there to help you. I would rate the property 5 start and would definitely visit again.

The hotel is nice but location is not convenient. There is nothing around. You have to drive at least 6km to find a restaurant or cafe. There is not enough outside parking. All parking within hotel complex are full. You have to park on roadside far away. Also the road leading to the hotel is very narrow and lots of cars parked on roadsides, have to drive carefully to avoid knocking other cars.

When compared to Caribbean hotels European all inclusives are much different. Resort was very quiet, older crowd. No real activities, music only plays from 3-5 pm, and then for an hour at night. Opted for all inclusive option which I did not realize only included bottom shelf alcohol. Food was ok. Resort was very small. Would not return.

Very relaxed and enjoyable 3 night stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite which was a wonderful bonus. Food in buffet was good. Can book two other restaurants for a change. Breakfast great too. Short walk to a free little boat that takes you to a lovely sandy beach where you can hire beds/parasols - all day €19 / from 2.30 €13. Perfect stay for a short, sunny break in a quieter part of the Algarve.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is stylish (had a minimalist Skandi vibe in the corridors and rooms, nice although unexpected in Portugal), the pool area was nice, perfect size for number of guests and plenty of sun beds. Food and drink of a good standard for an all inclusive with choice of 2 al a carte restaurants in addition to the buffet. If you can afford to, upgrade to the premium all inclusive, the cocktails are amazing and we got envious looks from other guests! Staff were very helpful, there was an issue with a fuse box in our room which they resolved immediately and they upgraded us to the premium all inclusive package as compensation which was very generous. We also needed to stay an extra night after our flight was cancelled and they sorted that too even allowing us to stay in our original room despite being busy. Had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay here, the staff are a credit to the organisation and were a pleasure to interact with. Great relaxing few days in the sun, easy to get to nearby beaches and the local town. Can’t fault a thing

Underwhelming breakfast. Nothing really healthy exceot tinned mushrooms, boiled eggs and inconsistent fruit. Yet to find a decent hotel breakfast innthe Algarve. Of the 2 breakfast rooms only one contained alternative milks and this wasnt knows until i discoveredbit by chance. I was also unaware of complimentary tea and coffee from the bar during the day. No smoke salmon no berries no goats cheese or sheep cheese, no steamed veg at breakfast fornthose not wanting or unable to eat pastries and plastic sausages. I never checked in at breakfast as i wasnt aware one had to. I do think for 4 star hotel omellete to order would be nice and really quite straught forward as one item to prepare entire service period. Too much noise first night, i think hotel would do well to inform guests or have itinary uploaded on booking websites for when disco is on, second night was quiet. Too many golfing groups that takeover any space making it less comfortable to approach and sit in an area. No signs in the room to promote noise consideration on balconies or to have doors close if tv is on. Heards of young mem brushing teeth in corridor outside friends rooms like theyre on a school sports tour. Nice property, lovely pool area, short walk to free transfer by boat to beautiful empty beach, decent gym, good quality drinks, roof top music bar, ..food a little limited and repetitive and had a few tummy issues while there, but you can walk into cabanas for other food options if needed (approx 10 mins)….popular with large golf groups.
