Relatively new hotel with a very cool vibe. Brilliant helpful staff who cannot do enough for you. Area around the hotel is safe and quiet. The rooms are quite small but has everything you need

This my first time staying with CitzenM. My Bestfriend stayed with them in DC and loved it. So I gave it a try. All my friends and family was at The Clevelander and Essex on South Beach but was jealous that how my hotel looked and my price.

CitizenM South beach is perfectly located and allows easy walking to shops and restaurants. The rooms, although quite small, are very modern and offer great views. The technological vibe was a plus, from check in, being in the room, and checking out. You’re able to select your room view, create your own room keys, control your room lights, temperature and window shades using the iPad provided

Had a nice stay

The overall experience was really good. We had a great time and enjoy the pool on the roof. The only thing that was weird is that we struggle to get hot water for the shower.

Really nice experience. All seems very new and has very quirky details that make more special. Pool is very clean and staff super freindly. Would most definitely book it again if i had to

Hotel was beautiful, rooms are pretty tight but nice and modern. The pool hours were a let down. Opens at 11am and closes at 7pm….. didn’t even get to try it.

I overall enjoyed the aesthetic of the place. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is great for a solo or a couples getaway. If you’re looking for a relaxing environment this is the place. Breakfast option was also good.

Great hotel for our short stay! Yes rooms are smaller but you’re out and about all day or enjoying the roof top pool that you don’t notice at all! Not to mention the beds are super comfy. You’re right on Lincoln so walking to shops and restaurants are a breeze. At the end of Lincoln is the beach! Staff were also SO friendly and accommodating

Totally new hotel in great area. High tech rooms that are very efficient and easy to control with iPad in the room but the feeling and the size (=small) is cruising ship, like it or not. Excellent roof top with small pool a Wonderful plants and sea view on one side. One of the bests walking streets starts with the hotel. Drinks in the bar are way too expensive but delicious and extra fee for the breakfast is 23USD.

There is no parking. There are no luggage carts. There is no legal place to park while unloading your car and checking in. The only parking is around the corner and down a long block. The rooms are tiny. Smallest I've ever seen, anywhere. No way would two people be comfortable. The elevator system is very strange. One serves only the first and second floor. The other only goes down to the 2nd floor from your room level. You either switch elevators from the second floor, or walk down the steps to the first. Bizarre. The 30 dollar breakfast is no different, or better, than the free scrambled eggs, tired sausage, and greasy bacon that you get at any marriott. I wont be returning.

The room size was very small. The hotel has common areas with varied seating options…but who goes to Miami SOBE to hangout in a hotel?!? Rooftop pool was very nice which included lounging options as well. The only downside side of room was size, glass shower door and pillows. Due to size and configuration of bathroom, shower door should be sliding or open on left side. The pillows were very firm…probably because the hotel is newly opened.

The staff was the best part. I can say that the company has done a great job with hiring. Mecca stood out to me . She was just absolutely wonderful, kind , accommodating etc.. truly made me feel comfortable . She’s a wonderful employee and representation of the company. All my interactions with all employees have been wonderful !!

My stay at citizenM south Miami it was one of the best experiences ever. The stuff are amazing . They went all and beyond. Excellent service. Ill definitely come back to this hotel again. AMAZING! AMAZING! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT!!

Mecca, Antonio, Sebastian all are wonderful hosts. They all went above and beyond to make sure myself and my guest were satisfied and had the best stay experience. I love the fact that the hotel is fairly brand new. The decor is amazing and vibrant. The location was safe and again the hospitality received from the hotel staff is top tier. I will definitely by staying again and will recommend this location to anyone.
