Located in Panama City Beach, this welcoming apartment lets you experience it all. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 10-minute walk to Alys Beach or the 5-minute walk to Rosemary Beach.
After you return, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink on the porch or lanai. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.
Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, as well as a toaster. Bathroom amenities include free toiletries, towels, and toilet paper.

Location is great, but the condo needs some improvements. For example the mattress and sleeping sofa bed mattress very uncomfortable. Would not recommend to anyone with back problems. The bed mattress too soft and on sofa bed you can feel metal rails under. Also there were two cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets. May be due to big gap between the door to the hallway and floor. The unit very small for 4 people. As I said we liked the area but not the condo. Will not stay there anymore.

Wonderful experience. Location, location, location! Great parking, central to everything. We enjoyed the nightlife and the convenient of everything right in walking distance of the condo.
Love the fact that the hall way is air conditioned. The tram service to the beach is on time and easy.
One thing I would like to see is the addition of a cordless vacuum in the condo. Would love to be able to do a quick vacuum to help control the sand when coming back from the beach.
