Great sitting out back and viewing the lake

The property is a lovingly restored roadside motel. The rooms are small but the added sliding glass door to a private deck brings light and space. The sunrise view of Seneca Lake is breathtaking. Jeff is a great host and the grounds are immaculate. The room is appointed with interesting books and magazines . For a quiet “homey” place to stay this is a great find!

We stayed in suite on 2nd floor & was quite, good view & had a hot tub. Nice & clean for an older place.

This is a hidden jewel. Nice room, small deck, nice view down to lake. All communication with staff was done with text, easier for me that way. Location is pretty much centered for most wineries on west side of Seneca Lake.

LOVED this place. It was quiet and peaceful and adorable. The bed was so comfy. The owner Jeff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient - 20ish min each to Penn Yan and to Watkins Glen and very close to so many wineries. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Beautiful place with such relaxing beauty. Bed so comfortable, shower water excellent pressure. Super clean, coffee maker. The best is the view, the lake, you sit outside in the patio watching.Close to all the best wineries by car. We will be back.

Great place to stay! Great communication with the owner, he gave us great recommendations for places we wanted to go to. Clean, cute and comfortable rooms.

I didnt like that the room was listed as a queen bed and it was only a full bed. However rest of stay was wonderful and the room very nicely decorated

We stayed in the deluxe queen suite. Plenty of room for us to relax, eat and rest. Convenient location.

We have pros and cons about the room we stayed in. Pros - felt completely safe. Shower was nice and big. Quiet and very clean. Cons were that there was NO countertop space or outlets in the bathroom. And the overall room was pretty small. Was very cheerful and warm overall. Loved the yellow bathroom.

Jeff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and pretty. The view from our back patio was lovely and peaceful. Quiet at night. Bed was ok. We’re use to a firmer, bigger bed. Lovely friendly place.

The host Pat was very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the cottage style room. The decor was cozy warm and inviting. Everything was clean and property well kept. This was a perfect spot for my birthday weekend. It would a great location for a couples weekend.

The Savannah House motel was a cute, clean and ever so friendly place to stay. We got to the motel a bit earlier than check in but Jeff helped us get checked in by sending me the access code for the electronic locks. He then showed us to our door and made sure we could get in easily. The room was absolutely adorable. The views out both front and back were amazing looking out to the lake and across to the grape fields. Cleanliness was beyond reproach. Everything was so clean. The home style towels and bed linens made you feel like home. There is a community fire pit off to the side that Jeff had lit both nights that we were there and several of the guests were gathered. Jeff is the owner and he was terrific in all aspects. Any questions he was there to answer. I am afraid to reccommend this place because everyone will book it and then we can't come back to visit. The location of this place is between Geneva and Watkins Glen but there is nothing right in your back yard except flowers and trees. The rooms had a listing of local spots for food, gas and entertainment so we were able to check out some of the local spots. So i will highly recommend this little slice of peace and quiet to anyone that asks. Thanks Jeff for a wonderful experience.

Loved the property. Rooms very clean and quaint! Only recommendation would be to place curtains over the blinds in front on room. Could see people walking by the room. I would definitely stay here on our next weekend getaway!!

Spotlessly clean. Jeff was great to talk with. Unique rooms with unique outdoor ammenities. Great location to destinations. Will definitely stay again.

Our 5 day stay in the Suite was excellent. The private balcony provided an awesome view of Seneca Lake. The place was immaculate, quiet and serene and everyone we met was extremely friendly, especially one of the owners, Jeff Hoke. This was our 1st visit to Savanah but it definitely won't be our last.

The property is very nice and clean. Located in between Geneva and Watkins Glen - easy to get everywhere on the west side of Seneca Lake!

The property was very pretty great view from the back. The room looked like a doll house, cute at first glance, but all in all even though clean, it was just so small and uncomfortable.I would have rather wine glasses than tiny tea cups, way to far from anything downtown. Will not be staying there again.
