No support from property management. WiFi doesn’t work. Smoke detector kept going off needing a new battery. Maintenance came in, looked at it and left and never came back to fix it. Fireplace didn’t work either

We loved our stay here. The location was in close proximity to the beach, the place was well kept and clean. Sitting out on the deck was so relaxing and beautiful. The listing does this place no justice.

Great place to stay. The room was nice and the putting green was a plus for my eight-year-old son.

Over all our stay was perfect. We loved the view from our cabin. My childern just adored it. Only down side was the sewage smell from the bathroom.

My studio was not as clean as I would like, the bathroom especially. The remotes to the tv did not work and the temperature control did not work

The property is amazing. The owners really went all out putting in many details to make the place comfortable and appealing. We want to come back.

We rented the condo in Incline Village for a night. The condo and surrounding property were both very nice, and matched the description and pictures online. Would definitely stay again!

This place was beautiful, the only thing was that it was cold in the room. But other than that it was perfect. I would definitely come back.

Everything was great except the sleeping arrangements. Queen bed needs updating and the pull out couch should be completely replaced. My kids could barely sleep on it which caused us to be up most of the night. Check in via video was fast and easy. Location was great as well.

The property was great and exactly like pictures presented! The issue we had was on the property management end. According to the listing, and a personal call to reservations before booking, I was told we had full use of the whole villa. When we checked in, the reservation clerk told me we only had half the villa. I explained that was not what I booked and he finally gave us full use, but informed me I needed to contact HomeAway in the morning. I did, they were awesome and said I was correct and the property manager could contact them to handle any issues. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and just wish we could’ve stayed longer! We would definitely book again!

The only complaint I had is that the mattress on the fold out sofa is terrible. The springs were almost popping through the material. We could not use these beds, which was a bummer! Upgrade these mattresses and the place would be perfect!
