Fans of nature and the outdoors will love being 16 minutes by car from Lancing Beach and 5 minutes from Brooklands Pleasure Park. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 1-minute walk to East Beach Studios or the 5-minute walk to Worthing Pier.

Great location to stay for Worthing.
Beds clean and comfortable.
2 bathrooms but only 1 shower en-suite in 1 of bedrooms with a glass door which would have been difficult had we not been staying with family.
Generally the property could do with a thorough clean. Lots of built up dust on skirting boards and radiators.
Cutlery drawer and kitchen cupboard doors need cleaning
Needs better outside furniture on patio area.
One of the bedroom doors slams shut every time it is opened and neighbour complained so could do with a slow closer.
