Lovely spacious accommodation with a beautiful garden. Huge bathroom with an excellent shower. Top location close to both Bulimba and Hawthorne cafes and restaurants. Brian was very welcoming and helpful.

Brian is a very friendly host and the property is outstanding. Very easy walking distance to both Hawthorne and Bulimba for the ferries and cafes and safe parking out front. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend it anyone visiting Brisbane.

Beautifully Kept. Our host was friendly and helpful. It's in a great area with Oxford St, Orchard Road shops and a nice walk down to the river and Sea cats. :)

The host at BQ was very accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure our needs were catered for and was very helpful with tips about the neighborhood. The room was lovely and the back garden a delight.

Our unit at the back of the property overlooked a beautiful garden, and we enjoyed our continental breakfast (provided) there each day. The property is a short walk to nearby shops, cafes and parks. My second time at Queenslander Balmoral. Luxurious and very comfortable accoomdation. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. I will be staying here again when next in Brisbane on business.

A perfect location within walking distance to bar, restaurant, river ferry... We met Brian who so welcoming, friendly host, he gave us a lot of helpful advise and information. A very spacious and luxury room with amazing beautiful garden!!! Just a 15 mins to Brisbane airport so we had a easy planning next morning. We definitely will stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Balmoral Queenslander. The Queensland home is just amazing and my room was very well appointed with a huge modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. There is also full use of the adjacent and modern kitchen that is stocked with breakfast cereals, snacks, bread and preserves etc., and of course kitchen appliances. The back room where I stayed opened out onto to a beautiful patio that faced the well manicured garden where I could lay back on the modern outdoor furniture and enjoy a quiet beer and admire the garden. The place is just a short stroll to the village of Bulimba where there are many good restaurants. My only regret is that I was on business and not vacation where I could have better enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend staying at Balmoral Queenslander for anyone visiting the Balmoral / Bulimba area in Brisbane.
