Located in Derby, this welcoming apartment lets you experience it all. Derby Cathedral is within an easy 10-minute walk and Kedleston Hall is also a quick 10-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers secured onsite parking.
As you settle into the place, you'll find premium bedding and a safe. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the LCD TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, free toiletries, and towels. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as an electric kettle, a microwave, and cookware. And because there's a washer and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, heating, and wardrobe or closet.

We stayed at 3 mill street in derby from the 4th to the 7th July the apartment was spacious and a great base to go to Alton towers we were part of a group of friends and kids and they all loved the space much better than a hotel room would stay again

6 of us (family and friends) stayed here for 2 nights. Initially selected as it was cheaper than several hotel rooms, but we quickly realised it was much nicer for lots of reasons.
As we were travelling for a funeral, having space to socialise & eat together was great.
It's a lovely space, nicely finished & with lots of thoughtful touches & detail.
(Having milk in the fridge on arrival made this tea-lover very happy indeed!)
If I had to have find a negative, it would've been nice if one of the rooms had had a bath available, rather than a shower, for those that prefer it, or children etc..
We will most definitely be back in the future, as we visit Derby a lot for family occasions.
