The hostel was fine. Cleanliness is really good, and it’s a modern looking place. Also a good location close to Namba station, with 7/11 and Lawson a 1 minute walk away. The pillows are rock hard, which made me wake up with neck pain during the night and both mornings. Free stuff like toothbrush, sleeping mask, ear plugs, razor and hair ties is in the reception that you can grab whenever you need it. You also get to borrow a small and a big towel for your stay. You get your own locker that you lock with your keycard, and slippers. The bags and suitcases need to be stored outside the dorm. Other guests were being noisy with plastic bags etc until 1 am, but that’s not the hostels fault. I experienced the place as really strict, because you are not allowed to even drink water other places than in the common area. Which means that if you wake up thirsty during the night you have to go out in the common area to have a sip, which I find ridiculous. I understand restrictions regarding food and other drinks, but there shouldn’t be restrictions on water. The capsule is being closed with a curtain you pull down, there are is main room light in the capsule and another light you can dim, you can turn on an alarm which make the lights flash when it goes off, and you can choose to turn on an air conditioning in the capsule. Also an usb outlet and a regular outlet.

Great value place to stay right in the centre of Dotonburi. The capsules were really clean, comfy and spacious and the bathrooms were really clean too. There was also plenty of room to store bags as well which was a bonus.

As per capsule hotels normally are, it was a bit stuffy. It didn't seem the most hygenic in the nature of sharing a living space with 30 people in close proximity. Also, did not like how the toilets were just on the other side of the vanity, I did not poop once during my stay(I am shy pooper).

Easy 5/5 for a hostel. Best one I’ve stayed at so far. The staff is very friendly and speak enough English to get by, the capsules and bathrooms were very clean, and everything felt very secure. You’re given a keycard that is needed for the elevators, rooms, and your locker so that was nice. The capsule area is actually pretty quiet and people were pretty respectful not to make noise. The location was also amazing. Walking distance from everything and under a 5 minute walk to the station.

Plenty of places to charge a laptop or phone. Very clean. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple on a budget. Staff is overall helpful, but did one person did rudely sneer at me when I had trouble connecting to the wifi which is why I gave 4 stars for that service. Regardless, I would stay again if traveling back to Osaka.

First time staying in a capsule hotel and it was great. The price was amazing. It was right in the heart of Osaka and very close to train station. The staff was amazing and the facilities were very clean and organized.

Great location and terrific staff that assisted me with an extra day stay which was an error on my part.

The location was very convenient to nearby points of interests (such as Dotonbori/Donki) and food (Yoshinoya!) and the usual suspect of like 7-11/FamiyMart etc. :) The capsule was very spacious for me being 165cm, although my knees says otherwise for taking the top capsule at my age. Haha. Amenity like shampoo/bodywash (charcoal based?) with extras such razor, hair bands, earplug (didn't need) or eye mask were nice for those who might have need. For a single solo traveller, it was very worthwhile for the brief stay, for the fund saved I spent on food from the various local places around the area on my gastronomic journey.
