great location. 10 mins to old city and same to bud/ train station. lots of room and light but still private. the washing machine was a godsend as we had been travelling for a month!

Apartment was clean and spacious. It was in a good location next to a small supermarket banklink and a cinema. In 10/12 minutes you could walk to the city centre. The lift made it easy to haul luggage up to the 2nd floor. There was lots of extra towels and linen left for us on our stay. We also had a washing machine and a clothes horse to wash and dry our clothes. Kitchen was fully equipt with everything you need and the balcony was a lovely feature to sit and relax in the evening when the little one went to bed. Really enjoyed our stay. Will be back.

TV is really dated. It did have channels but was hard to use. Could do with updating. We had a child with us it would have been nice to be able to put on Netflix in the eve for her.

I was really disappointed by the location - on a noisy, big main road, with train tracks close by. The apartment advertised as a four star - but outside the apartment was posted a 3 star that was more accurate. The mattresses are cheap foam; the bedding polyester, and the the towels threadbare. although the apartment was pleasant and spacious, I don’t think it deserves its high rating - which is why I chose it - so I felt misled.

Instructions for operating the heating system and tv. They are very good, but a written instruction how to use them would save some time of the staff and make guests even happier.

The location is very convenient, check in and check out were smooth and very easy, and the flat was quite comfortable and filled with light. Very clean, with a comfortable bed, and the building has a modern elevator. The heat was excellent and thermostat controlled. Towels, sheets, and kitchen towels were all good. There were lots of electric sockets which I appreciated. The little clothes washer was a treat.

The kitchen had two burners but no oven, and limited pots. There was an electric kettle, but no coffee maker. (The plates, bowls, cups and silverware were fine.)
