On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a trundle bed for two people and a magnificent master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), a large walk-in closet, and a beautiful bathroom with a shower and bathtub, providing exceptional comfort.

Upstairs, you will find two elegant bedrooms, perfect for children, with twin beds (90x200) that can be configured as double beds (180x200), each with its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a workspace ideal for remote working, and it also has its own private terrace. A comfortable bathroom with a double sink, shower, and bathtub, as well as a play area with a foosball table, complete this floor, offering moments of relaxation and entertainment for everyone.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the Portsall port, the house benefits from all amenities within reach, including bars, restaurants, and the sailing club accessible on foot. The GR34 hiking trail passes right in front of the house, offering superb opportunities to explore the splendid coastal landscapes.
