You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 12 guests and 3 vehicles unless otherwise approved. There is a steep driveway to access the property and it is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or fireworks. Absolutely no pets of any kind (this includes service animals) due to owners have a severe pet allergy.

To determine if the ski lift or certain runs are open, please contact Whitefish Mountain Resort directly. Due to times of openings and closings, this property may not be ski-in/ski-out. Snow conditions must be favorable to open the lift.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are visiting Glacier National Park during your visit you will need a Vehicle Registration Pass from mid-June until mid-September.
