This home is ideally situated just a 5-minute walk from Fonville Press, George's, The Citizen, Raw & Juicy, the playground, and all the charming shops of Alys Beach! Also, the brand new Publix grocery store is less than 5 minutes away, as is Rosemary Beach. Whether you're seeking a relaxing day at the beach or exploring the local dining scene, you'll find everything you need here!

There is a pack n' play provided for guests' use at no additional charge, and an air mattress upon request.

Guest access

This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3.5 bath row home is a short 2-minute walk directly to the beach and the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico! There are no wristbands needed for access, no lines to wait in, and less congestion on the beach here than in surrounding areas - - and this home's beach access is through The Beach House to the neighboring public beach.

Guests will have access to the community pool, but ONLY OWNERS are permitted at the beach club pool and condo rooftop pool.  This property is managed independently on behalf of the owner, separate from the community or club.

Other things to note

By renting this home, you contractually agree to the legal terms of our rental management agreement.
Travel protection/insurance is not included. You are welcome to obtain this on your own.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
