Modern and comfortable apartment located in Numana, only a stone's throw from the historic center and about 400 m from the sea; it is easily reachable on foot or with the shuttle service provided by the municipality. The apartment is ideal for couples and families who want to spend their holidays in the famous Riviera del Conero. Completely renovated, furnished in a modern style and equipped with modern appliances, can accommodate up to 5 people. It is divided into two bedrooms, a complete bathroom with window, kitchenette, living room and a large balcony.
The house is located on the second floor of a building and to reach the entrance of the apartment you need to climb about twenty steps.
