Exceeded expectation~ Basically every essential is there. You can settle down immediaty even if you don't carry a lot of stuff with you. Comfortable and clean. Good choice for family or a small group of 3/4. Super friendly and responsible owner.

it had a great location and was simple. had pretty much everything we needed for our short stay. great host!! he was super helpful and kind. he came to meet us and he’ll check us in. very kind to our baby.

the neighbor made a great noise in the night that frightened us because it sounded like they were in our Appartment. very few windows. the door was difficult to lock. important to know that they’re are a number of stairs.

It is smaller than it looks. Host was in a rush to get us out as someone was checking in at 11. Understandable but we werent aware until.next morning. Third floor no lift.

The host is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The property is in a great location close to all of the nearby attractions in Orvieto. Property is clean and well maintained.

The only thing we were disappointed with was the unusually early check-out time of 9:30am. This is an early check-out time compared to most other places in Italy that usually allow you to check-out by 11am. Considering we didn't arrive to just after 2:30pm we found it a little unfair that we had to check-out before 9:30am. My advice to the owner would be to allow for a 10am or 11am check-out which would be fair and would be the same as the rest of Italy. Other than that this was a great place to stay and the host was kind, helpful and friendly.

Enzo was extremely helpful. He picked us up at the train when we arrived. He then went the extra mile on departure day to take us to the train station and help us store our luggage while we made a side trip to Civita. The location was excellent and it was very quiet.

Even though I am 70 years old, I had no problem climbing the ladder to the loft and the pictures on the web site made it very clear. People with mobility issues need to pay attention to this when booking.

Great location not too far from the main area of Orvieto. This unit was a nice one bedroom unit which was well stocked with everything we needed. Our host Enzo even was nice enough to meet us at the funicular station and give us a ride to the unit which was greatly appreciated. He made sure we were set up with the keys, maps and a few good dinner recommendations.

Beautiful, centrally located, and spacious.

The apartment is perfectly located and perfectly appointed with everything you could possibly need. The owner, Enzo, couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating! He offered to pick us up and return us to the train station and he brought us delicious fruit from his garden, a very lovely man indeed! The photos listed are excellent representations of the property, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful flat in the centre of the town. Enzo was very helpful, he met us from the car park and made sure we knew our way around the town.

Enzo is the perfect host, he went above and beyond for us, meeting us at night on our way from the airport and making sure we were settled in. The rooms are large and very comfortable (photos don't do justice). Bath is luxurious. Location is central and close to the large public parking (1 min walk from elevator)
