This cosy 100 year old 2 bedroom cottage offers cosy seating areas, south facing garden, conservatory and two double bedrooms.

Charming 2-bedroom cottage with garden complete with:
• 2 Double beds
• 1 bathroom
• Wi-Fi
• Outdoor seating
• Air-conditioned conservatory
• Smart TV
• Well-appointed kitchen with cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs for tea and coffee, glasses, pots & pans, chopping board, and cooking essentials
• Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
• Washer/dryer
• Initial supply of hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo included.
• Initial bed linens and towels included
• Initial supply of washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, standard tea bags, coffee supply, milk sachets, toilet roll, and kitchen roll
Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to the house and rear garden

The house is located on Wargrave Road just outside Henley
The nearest pub & restaurant- The Little Angel - 2 min walk
The nearest train station is - Henley train station - 10-15 mins walk
The nearest supermarket is - Sainsburys Henley - 10 mins walk
Getting Around:
The property offers convenient parking just outside the door for one normal sized car, please provide your vehicle registration number a day before arrival.
Henley train station is just a 10-15 minute walk away
The town centre and local amenities are a short walk from the house.
Other Things to Note:
If you are hoping to park a vehicle we will require your reg no 24 hours before arrival. We only offer parking for one normal sized vehicle.
The house is located on a road, whilst the traffic is not likely to be fast moving there may be a small amount of road noise.
We are unable to give details of our Hosting Holidays Henley direct booking site via third parties
Please note if you have booked directly, 50% of your payment will be taken by card automatically when you make your booking online, the remaining 50% will be collected automatically, 5 days before your check in date.
One-month stays are available for our property based listings via Hosting Homes Henley

We supply an initial supply of guest consumables only
We provide a mid-stay clean and linen change free of charge for stays longer than 2 weeks
Please note, a refundable cautionary damage deposit will need to be paid before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
