This place looks like new. Everything is in great condition. The owner is very responsive. The only glitch was that there were only two rooms available for our stay. However, there's a loveseat and a sofa on which two of us slept so it was not a big deal for us. Also, the host refunded part of the cost for the lack of an available room. All in all, we're very happy to have chosen this place.
