Our room was five star including an amazing shower, heated floor and towel warmer. Great character throughout the property. Good swimming and a hot tub. Doug and Kim, our hosts, were excellent.

Had a wonderful stay at the Cranberry Moon Inn B&B. Kim and her husband where very nice and welcoming. the room was nice and clean. was very happy to see that each room had its own washroom. My next stay to Bala will definitely be at this b&b.

Kim and Doug go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable, you are enjoying your stay. Yes the house is under renovations, but still do pretty now! When they are done it will be gorgeous. They provide nice SUP boards for your enjoyment and the lake is literally 50 steps across the road. We will be back.

We had a delightful chat with them over a great breakfast on their lovely patio with a view of the river. Bala is a short walk, including the amazing Kee to Bala venue, where we were watching the phenomenal Tiny Horse open for the glorious Glorious Sons. A trip to remember for all the right reasons.

Really great experience. Rooms were very clean and the house that they are just finishing renovating is beautiful. I believe this was their second weekend open and they were doing everything to understand how to improve the experience, however I think they have nailed it already. Very friendly and lots of local knowledge. Walking distance to downtown Bala and The Kee. We didn't use the kayaks or paddle boards but they are a 30 second walk to a dock and boat launch. Thanks for a great experience and good luck as you build your business.

We had a fantastic stay on August 4th for one night. Doug and Kim were great hosts. Greeting us upon arrival and having our room ready. Great location, loved the water access right across the street and paddle boards for use. Breakfast was delicious the following morning. Comfortable bed and great ac unit in our room! We will return!
