- Accommodation: This property offers 1 Bathroom and 2 bedrooms, consisting of 1 Queen & 1 Double, sleeping a maximum of 4 guests. The property is fully furnished & linen is supplied, however you will need to supply your own beach towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office on 4126 8000 and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.
Terms and Conditions:
By booking this property you agree to comply with the following:
- On arrival, all guests are required to complete a Holding Bond. This is an imprint of a valid Credit Card for security and to ensure the property is left neat and tidy and Undamaged from your stay.
- At no time during the occupancy shall the guest allow more than the number of persons listed as the maximum number of guests stay overnight at the premises, without the prior consent of the agent, wherein extra charges may apply.
- You have read and accept our cancellation policy which you can find on our website under the ‘Holiday > Terms & Conditions’ page.
- The keys to the premises are not to be copied. If the keys are lost the Guest is responsible to replace or engage a Locksmith to replace required locks on the property.
- Where applicable Body Corporate Rules and Regulations shall be complied with.
- The property is not serviced during your stay. That is, the guest is responsible for provision and cleaning of bed, bathroom, kitchen, etc. during your holiday.
- The guest is responsible to bring all of their own consumables (i.e. Laundry & kitchen detergent, toilet paper, etc.).
- In the event the said premises become unavailable for occupancy though unforeseen circumstances (i.e. Change of ownership, fire, storm damage, etc.) then the Agent will inform the tenant and endeavor to obtain a suitable alternative premises for this tenancy; if a property suitable to the tenant cannot be located, then all moneys paid will be refunded to the tenant.

A great little holiday house, very convenient location, and nice quiet area. Beautiful walk through the near-by National Park. Relaxing lunch at the Woodgate Club. Highly recommended.Property description was accurate apart from 2nd bedroom being a Double and not a Queen as described. (Attractive wall clock needs a replacement batery).

This modern, spotless house was ideal for the two of us. All equipment is the latest style. The house is tastefully decorated and a delight to relax in. About 6 houses from the beach. Loved the opening window from the kitchen to the sun-filled patio. We will return without doubt.
