• Wifi struggles to travel to some bedrooms
• Some bedrooms not in use closed off
• Bed setting is set per number of people. Changes must be requested/agreed at the time of booking to avoid miscommunication.

Guest have access to entire house and the garden.

We will be here via message or in person if required.

This is a newly refurbished property and it offers plenty of space. There are lovely walks around. Town centre and shops is 5 min drive or 20 min walk.
Please kindly follow these few rules:
1. No shoes in carpeted areas
2. Please recycle and empty the content before putting in the recycling
3. Please STRIP off bed linen before you leave
4. Leave trash outside by the bin store
