The first compact kitchen leads through to the light and airy sitting/dining room with its vaulted ceiling and beams, French doors open to the enclosed garden. Some original features have been retained lending character which compliments the quality furnishings, while tiled and wooden floors offer practicality.  There are 2 bedrooms, a wet room and bathroom all on the ground floor. The interlinking door leads through to another spacious kitchen/diner and dual aspect sitting room with super rural views. Stairs lead up to 2 further bedrooms and bathroom above each with lovely rural views. Bird and wildlife enthusiasts will be enthralled; this secret waterway remains unchanged by time and nestling on its banks are sleepy villages and quaint pubs, some serving food including Cresswell Quay, Lawrenny Arms, Lawrenny Tea rooms and Martletwy Vineyard. Cyclists will have plenty of routes to explore and can take advantage of the undercover secure bike racks and washing off facilities.
