Nothan But Fun is a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home located 1.4 miles north of Garden City Pier and 0.5 miles to public beach access. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Six TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, two queen, two double, and two twin-sized beds, plus one twin-over-double bunk bed. Outdoor amenities include a furnished private swimming pool, two covered decks, a fire pit, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a gas grill, and ample parking (some covered). The owner will reimburse guests up to $150 for golf cart rental on weekly reservations. Permits motorcycles. Permits trailers. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 15
