Prime location: Luxury, private 5 en suite bedroomed villa in Old Village neighborhood.
Villa OneSixOne is the latest villa built in Vilamoura. Its location is privileged and unique, an extremely quiet area and about 5 minutes drive to the Vilamoura marina and beach.
The large 383m2 villa was furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.
Close to bars and restaurant at the famous Old Village, and close to the marina and nightlife and Pinhal Golf Course.
The rooftop terrace allows guests a perfect connection with the stars as it is equipped with a set of sofas and included outdoor jacuzzi.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room with the open space kitchen was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a corner sofa, the dining space consists of a table and 6 chairs. Next to the living room we have a toillet. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture to the garden and swimming pool.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing, has a blackout system in all bedrooms, bringing moments of peace and harmony. The water is heated by solar panel.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, capsules coffee machine, combined fridge, hand blender. Covered patio with dining table for 8 people and gas BBQ.
The 5 rooms are spacious, all with private bathroom and equipped with air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials.
On the GROUND FLOOR we have one bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with the measures and facilities for guests with reduced mobility, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, view and direct access to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
On the first floor of the villa there are the other 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: King size bed, private bathroom, balcony with sun lounger and pool view, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, safe. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer.
Bedroom 3: double bed, private bathroom, balcony with sun lounger, built-in wardrobe air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet.
The lower level has a room with Smart TV and corner sofa, pool table and bar, flat screen TV with Netflix, Sky Sports, general channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese). The 4th and 5th bedroom are also on the lower level.
Bedroom 4: double bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
Bedroom 5: 2 single beds that can zip together to make a king size, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet.
