Security Deposit: A security deposit of up to $500 may be charged if there is any damage to the property or if smoking occurs on the premises.
Restricted Areas: Please note that Apartment B is off-limits during your stay.
Cleaning Expectations: We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property tidy. While we expect used dishes to be cleaned and beds to be unmade, exceptional cleaning beyond standard wear and tear, such as stains or extreme dirtiness, may result in additional cleaning costs, which will be passed on to you.
Visitor Policy: No visitors are allowed without prior agreement. If you wish to have visitors, please obtain approval in advance. Visitors must book their own accommodation if they will be staying overnight.
Responsibility and Insurance: Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or using its facilities. By accepting this reservation, you acknowledge that you are assuming the risk of any harm arising from your use of the property.
