The property is well situated, near of the Circumvesuviana train (10min walk), perfect for visiting Pompeii Sorrento etc, there is a supermarket at few meters and is well situated in Torre Annunziata. The property is sparkling clean with a beautiful garden, pool and everything needed inside of the house (for cooking, hair dryer etc etc). It’s great for big families since it has all the necessary equipment. The host Luca is very kind, responsive and hard working. He let us drop our bags few hours before the checking and we were able to do an early check in. We had a good time! Thank you :)

Luca, the owner came for us with the car to the train station and the drove us back the second day. I was also bit fighting with the shower (blondie) so I wrote him on WApp around midnight - he was very helpuful and gave me perfect instructions.

There was lot of insect in the area - even protected we were eaten quite a lot.

Host picked up from the airport (for a small fee). House is very well located, 10 minutes by a walk from EAV srl local trains, which could you take to Naples, Pompei and Sorrento. Supermarket 100m by a foot, 15 minutes from a beach. House is very well equipped with a beaufitul large kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils, pans, pots, bowls, plates, cutlery. There is a washing machine and hair dryer. There is beautiful garden with a swimming pool and grill.

Everything we needed, home from home, great location. We got collected from the airport, villa was spacious and the pool was fab. We didn't hire a car as the train station was a 5/10 minute walk. Supermarket and restaurants all nearby, perfect location! The pool was great and perfect to cool down in after a busy day siteseeing.

We stayed in the larger of the two properties it was modern decor with air conditioning it was well equipped with lots of leaflets, menus and train timetables for surrounding area. The apartment was very large but is only one bedroom. The other beds are sofa beds in the living room area. We had our own garden area and the pool was fantastic. Luca was a fantastic host bringing us tomatoes from the gardens and I would highly recommend airport transfers from him. The train station is very close to the property and you can get easily to Pompeii, Sorento and Naples.

This is not a conventional tourist area and the trains are not very reliable and often late. We were not really concerned but if you were trying to get somewhere on time this could prove difficult. This is of course not something Luca could control. The pool is also shared with whoever is booked into the other property and is not private like we thought.

Cheap pizzeria few door down, amazing pizza and 3 peroni and pizza equalled €8.50. Supermarket across road, train station to Pompeii and herculaneum just up the road and easy to find, the owner collected us from the airport and pointed out where things were as we passed which helped. Swimming pool fantastic and warm and lots of space in the villa.
