Escape to our spacious country home in the Evenlode Valley, perfect for a peaceful getaway.
Enjoy the expansive outdoor space boasting a summer house with table tennis table & large pond. Inside, relax in one of two cosy reception rooms, work from home in the study or gather in the huge kitchen-diner. Upstairs is a luxurious ensuite master bedroom with stunning views, plus 3 further bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
Ideal for families or friends seeking comfort & tranquility in a charming rural setting.
The space
Enter through the front door, you'll find a study on the left and cosy snug/playroom on the right with an open hearth fire. Beyond is the heart of the home: the enormous open-plan kitchen diner, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts all the modern amenities including a range cooker, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. The dining area features a huge dining table with ample seating for 8.
Unwind in the cosy living room to the rear, complete with comfy sofas, a smart TV, record player and open hearth fire. For convenience, there's also a utility room and downstairs WC.
Upstairs, the magnificent master bedroom boasts a super king bed with stunning countryside views, stylish wooden beams, built-in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. Two further double bedrooms and a twin offer ample space for the whole family, all serviced by a separate bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a shower room, both with WCs.
The outdoor space will continue to impress! The large summer house features a full-size table tennis table with bi-fold doors overlooking the landscaped garden and large pond. There's also an open hearth fire perfect for cooler evenings. A separate private terrace invites you to enjoy your morning coffee (or something stronger!) in the tranquil surroundings.
Just a few minutes walk away, there's a village shop for all your essentials and a lovely country pub perfect for a pint and a bite to eat. There are also plenty of countryside walks from the doorstep.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the whole property as described (indoors & outdoors).
However, there is a basement cellar below the kitchen and an office behind the summer house which are locked & inaccessible.
Other things to note
The pond is 3ft deep and not fenced. Please therefore strictly adhere to our house rules as we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any injuries caused.
Strictly no parties allowed as this is a quiet rural neighbourhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
Standard check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is by 11am.
Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors please.
We can supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of £25 per stay, please kindly request these at the time of booking.
