The Ruskin Apartment at No.4 Rana Buildings
The Apartment building is located in one of Oxford’s most popular and sought after areas and can be easily seen with its clean modern exterior on the B4150 Marston Road which is just a 20 minute bus ride on the X13 city bus to the heart of Oxford.
The exterior of the property is well-maintained, and on-site parking is available. You have space for one car, plus there is an area for one bicycle, should you wish to use it.
The Apartment
The apartment is light and airy, and is located on the 1st floor of the modern and recently constructed Rana building, built in 2012. The lounge area offers a window with great views over the local area. The Apartment features a master double bedroom with zip and link beds and en-suite bathroom, a second well sized guest bedroom with zip and link beds, plus family bathroom, lounge with sofa-bed and separate kitchen area – boasting all the modern facilities you would expect from a top quality hotel. The rear of the apartment offers in addition a terrace style sheltered balcony area.
With a contemporary feel as you walk into The Nuffield apartment, the South-East facing lounge gets plenty of sun-light. Here you will find a Smart flat-screen TV and sofa-bed, plus a dining area where you can eat and drink. High speed complimentary Wi-fi is included, meaning you can use the internet for work or leisure.
Just off from the lounge is a well equipped kitchen which offers all the modern facilities you would expect including a kettle, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and tea and coffee making facilities. All cutlery and utensils including saucepans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses are provided should you wish to prepare any food on-site.
Both the Master bedroom and Guest bedroom at The Nuffield has hotel style and quality comfy beds with plump pillows and fresh linen. There is also a wardrobe with hangers for storing clothes, as well as a full-length mirror, and the all important hairdryer and ironing-board too.
The bathroom, situated off the hallway, contains a shower-over-bath, basin and toilet, where fresh towels are provided, as well as Shampoo, Conditioner and shaving point.
As well as the premium quality linen, fluffy white towels and luxury toiletries supplied, we can also provide weekly cleaning and linen changes for longer staying guests.

The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring Oxford. Easy to find, with great transport access, you are a short distance away from the city-centre, and also not far from the A40 bypass and M40 Motorway to London. There are a number of shops and convenience stores nearby for food and drink.
