The Space:
Cozy renovated cottage, light and bright and bathed in sunshine! Perfect for a family or couple's retreat. Desirable area with great outdoor space. Flat, fenced in back yard allows for privacy while grilling, sitting by the fire pit, or relaxing and enjoying a meal. Walk just minutes to marinas to launch your boat or kayak, go fishing, hop on a charter boat, or dine with a water view.

Enter the home into the open & spacious living room with vaulted ceilings. The smart TV gives you access to all of your preferred streaming apps. Walk through the living room to the fully equipped kitchen with space for 4 to dine. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a stall shower.

Spaced out bedrooms allow for some privacy. Fans and white noise machines also provided.

Linens and towels are provided, but we do have a washer/dryer tucked right off the kitchen - a great bonus for those longer stays!

**The shower in the bathroom is a small stall shower. While we consider it *cozy* and it gets the job done, some may decide that this isn't the cottage for them and that is okay!
