From a quick snack to a full dinner, this space is stocked with all the dishes and utensils you’ll need. Coffee lovers will be delighted with the cozy coffee bar, offering a drip coffee machine, Keurig, and a coffee grinder so you can enjoy the freshest brew with a variety of flavors.
Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen is the heart of the home—a beautiful wooden dining table set by the expansive windows. Enjoy your meals with a view of the towering trees, where natural light floods the space during the day, and moonlight adds a touch of magic to evening dinners.
Living Room: Gather in the living room, where modern comfort meets rustic charm. A wood-burning stove keeps you warm on chilly mountain nights, while the Smart TV offers endless entertainment options. The décor brings the room to life, and the plush couch invites you to curl up with a good book or cozy up while watching the snowfall through the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows.
Bedrooms 1 &2: On the lower level, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms designed for rest and relaxation. The first bedroom features a king-size bed with luxurious linens, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring everyone has a peaceful night’s sleep. A full-size bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, stocked with fluffy towels and essentials.
Bedroom 3: Upstairs, a large bedroom is the perfect space for the kids or a group of friends. The room features two bunk beds with twin-size mattresses on top and full-size mattresses on the bottom. With its own Smart TV and an assortment of games, this space is designed for fun and relaxation. The upstairs also features a second full-size bathroom, adding extra convenience and ensuring comfort for everyone in the cabin.
Outdoor Living: Step outside onto the spacious deck, where the beauty of the forest surrounds you. Cook up dinner on the BBQ, gather around the gas firepit for an evening under the stars, or enjoy your meals at one of the two outdoor tables. A bar with stools makes it easy to sip your morning coffee or enjoy cocktails in the fresh mountain air. Whether you’re dining al fresco or simply soaking in the view, the deck is a peaceful retreat in itself.

Head East on Hwy 168 until you reach Shaver Lake, then make a right turn on Bretz Mill Rd. Head down Bretz Mill Rd for about a mile, then make a right turn onto Black Oak Way (into Sierra Cedars). Stay on Black Oak Way and the driveway to the cabin will be on the right side of the road. The driveway can sneak up on you, but you are able to see the house up on the hill as you are getting close to it.
Parking: 3-4 vehicles can comfortably park at this property during summer months. 2 vehicles can comfortably park during winter. Please note that this driveway is steep and guests may be required to have 4x4 or tire chains on their vehicle to access the property during snowy months.
Access: A smartlock is on the front door to ensure a smooth and easy check-in process. Guests will receive access codes and other check-in information prior to their arrival.
AC: This house has 3 mini split systems that provide air conditioning. One is located downstairs in the kitchen/dining area, one in the queen downstairs bedroom, and one in the upstairs bedroom.
Heating: This house provides central heating as well as a wood burning fireplace. Please understand that heat rises, so upstairs will always stay warmer than downstairs.
Trash: If guests are staying at the property on Sunday nights, please note that our handyman will stop by the property early Monday morning to roll the trash cans down to the street.
