Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, one with a double bed, and the fourth is a true gem featuring a queen bed, a twin bunk bed, and a dedicated workspace complete with a desk and screen—ideal for remote work or creative pursuits.

Relax in the master bathroom equipped with a soothing bathtub, or refresh in the second bathroom with a modern Italian shower. The condo’s chic decor and high-end finishes create a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.

Parking:
Metered parking is available directly in front of the building. For those needing more flexibility, daily parking permits can be purchased for nearby streets (excluding direct Rue St Denis parking).

Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.

The base price offered is for an established number of persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.

Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.

If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of 70$ per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
