Welcome to Juniper Cove! Large luxury waterfront home on 15 private acres, with a large in-ground salt water pool in Cambridge, Maryland, on the Maryland Eastern Shore.
Catch your breath and enjoy everything the Eastern Shore has to offer! Juniper Cove offers plenty of space for friends and family to unwind and reconnect without having to step foot off the property. For example:
-Launch a kayak or canoe from the backyard directly into the cove.
-Crab and fish right off the private dock.
-Enjoy the salt water pool during the spring and summer.
-Enjoy a sock in the 7-person hot tub off the rear deck facing stunning water views.

The house features a covered, screened-in porch overlooking the water. The back porch and upper level deck off the Second Owner's Suite provides beautiful views of the tranquil Mitchells Creek, right off the Choptank River. The front porch overlooks the two ponds at Juniper Cove. The house is newly funished and professionally decorated.
The Shore offers plenty of options for guests seeking adventure beyond Juniper Cove. Kayak, bicycle, or hike through the magnificent Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. Pack a picnic and enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere at Layton's Chance Vineyard and Winery. Break a sweat cycling the Ironman Loop on the same course as Eagleman triathletes. Visit charming downtown Cambridge to enoy fresh seafood, craft drinks, and sweet treats.

Full-Equipped Kitchen. Cooking meals is a delight in our fully-equipped Gourmet Kitchen featuring luxury countertops, stainless steel appliances, dinnerware, cookware and serviing pieces. The house is equipped wiht a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and blender. Gas BBQ and outdoor table are located on the rear deck for your use.
First Owner Suite (In-Law Suite). Guests staying in the First Owner Suite will enjoy views of the water from the sitting area. The First Owner Suite Bedroom features a Queen Bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and smart flat screen TV. The First Owner Suite Sitting Area has a separate Queen Sleeper Sofa, smart flat screen TV, and kitchenette. The First Owner Suite is conveniently located on the ground floor to allow multi-generational gatherings.
Second Owner Suite. Guests staying in the Second Owner Suite will enjoy views of the water from the upper level. The Second Owner Suite features a King Bed, gas fireplace, smart flat screen TV, closet, large glass-enclosed shoer, and a soaking jetted tub. The Second Owner Suite includes its own private deck overlooking the water.
Third Bedroom. The expansive Third Bedroom features a King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Twin Bunkbed, and smart flat screen TV. This bedroom enjoys views of the two ponds at Juniper Cove.
Fourth Bedroom. The oversized Fourth Bedroom features a Queen Bed, smart flat screen TV, and walk-in closet.
Sitting Room. The Sitting Room provides additional sleep space with a Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Family Room. The Family Room features a large sectional sofa, smart flat screen TV, and gas fireplace.
Laundry Room. Includes front-loading water and dryer.

plenty of things to keep you and your guests busy all day and night
owners take great pride in there home and so does the care taker of the property

What an amazing place! From the moment you pull up the drive you say WOW and the wow's just keep coming!. We were a 10 person group of cousins. Mostly adults with the exception of an 11 & 12 year old. We had a great time.
The house is so well appointed. The beds were so comfortable and the linens exceptional- I had to find the label of the duvet so that I could purchase my own! There are tons of towels- both bath and pool and massive washers and dryers when you want to clean them. The kitchen had every pot and pan we could need and an ample supply of dishes, glasses and cups for all. Plus the owners left us a welcome pack which included a Smores kit which was a hit with all!
Outside we walked the grounds, used the massive pool by day and the hot tub and fire pit by night. There were so many stars at night we just turned off the lights, sat on the back porch and star gazed - I personally saw two shooting stars. It was so relaxing.
The dock was great to sit on, we caught crabs and watched the Herons fish.
If you are looking for a totally chill family vacation on a beautiful property this is the place. Can't say enough about it!

The interior high-end design and furnishings felt like being in our own 5-star hotel. Fun in the pool, sunsets off the dock and garage “game room” made for many happy family memories.

One of the best properties I have stayed at. With all the amenities, you never need to leave the home. We enjoyed the views, the quietness of the area, and the wildlife. We nicknamed two beautiful ducks…Sonny and Cher!
The house is very clean, the checkin checkout procedures were very easy. The host communicated all the details plus additional suggestions.
We are definitely returning very soon.

This property is an absolute gem! The grounds are spectacular and the home is beautiful as well. The outdoor activities are endless - from fishing to swimming to barbequing to crabbing and everything in between. My family and I had the perfect relaxing long weekend together to enjoy each other and not have to leave this gorgeous gem in Cambridge, Md. We plan on making this an annual event!

Fabulous property with outstanding support. Quiet, serene, beautiful but certainly not boring. Kayaking, paddleboarding, corn hole, pop-a-shot, ping pong, fishing, crabbing all essential needs provided as amenities. Game night, movie night, card night all easily enjoyed on property with generous, thoughtful, luxury furniture and layout including a relaxing screened in porch. A wonderful pool area with chaise lounges, umbrella tables, floates, water volleyball and basketball plus private bath to avoid trips back to house. Multiple ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen pots, pans, utensils plus pools towels. Really, really would have liked to stay longer and we will be back as soon as we can be. Thank you to our host and his support team. Very memorable Labor Day holiday.

Our family of 3 (and two small dogs) spent a week at this property and enjoyed it thoroughly. The location and acreage make it a very private and peaceful retreat. We spent our days by the large pool and kayaking in the cove. Our dogs loved roaming the large yard and our daughter enjoyed watching the geese and ducks on the pond. The house itself is one of the cleanest rental properties we've ever rented, and extremely well-appointed. The highly functional kitchen allowed us to cook all kinds of family meals and the pellet ice maker was a real treat. The large bedrooms and bedroom suites gave us all plenty of space and we also appreciated the extra washer/dryers for keeping up with our laundry. Juniper Cove definitely ranks among our favorite vacation properties!

The house was perfect! There was plenty of room for all 16 of us. The house was so lovely and comfortable and had all the amenities anyone could want. The pool was the best part, according to our seven kids! They had a great time every day. We did enjoy sightseeing in the area. A bonus was the fishing derby at the lighthouse on Saturday. Our girls took home 2 trophies! Everyone was so friendly. We would love to return.
Our thanks to David for accommodating us. This is a great vacation rental.

Great place to be. We had 16 friends and family members stay. The home has a good layout with plenty of room for 8 adults and 8 kids. The home provided a lot of things to do, that allowed our entire group to stay busy and have a lot of fun. Property management staff was attentive and very responsive for questions and any limited needs.

The house was perfect for large family, we had 8 adults and 6 kids staying and had plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved taking the kayaks and canoe out on the water and fish from the dock. There was ping pong and basketball game in the garage. We made day trips into Cambridge (10 min), St. Michaels (45 min), and Ocean City (1.5 hours).

So much to do. All of the luxuries. Kayaking was terrific. The pool was great with lots of toys to play with. They offer the best of kitchen appliances. A little difficulty with “sleeping-in”in the upstairs master bedroom as there are not window coverings. Beautiful views. Lots of wildlife.

Great location with lots to do. Pool and kayaks got most overall use by all of us. House was nicely appointed and clean with everything you would need in the main kitchen. Not quite “luxurious” as some reviews stated, but comfortable and great for a family getaway. Would definitely recommend putting a door on bedroom off of kitchen upstairs. Noise goes right up there as if you were in the same room. Also could have used another bathroom upstairs instead of so many huge walk in closets that were not needed. Overall great time. Even got a bushel of crabs and enjoyed the outside table and fire pit! Definitely recommend.

I can't say enough about this property. We just got back last night and I am already missing it. Everything about this home, the properties, and the amenities were superb.
We canoed, kayak'ed, swam in the pool, hung out in the hot tub, played basketball, played cricket (I know - first time ever for this baseball lover here), jogged around the property, and cooked a ton of food in one of the best equipped kitchens I've even seen in a vacation rental.
Finally, the owner/manager was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay in his home.
I strongly recommend this amazing property and location.

The property and furnishings were lovely and in great condition, the house had everything we wanted or needed, the manager was extremely responsive to questions, and it was lovely for us to be able to spread out.

We had a wonderful stay for our family and friends. The property is gorgeous with impeccable luxury touches and finishes that you don't typically see in a vacation rental home, and the property was spotless. We enjoyed using the canoe, playing in the game room during a rainy afternoon, and the kids loved exploring the house. The geese on property are an interesting spectacle - wear the right shoes for walking around! It's an easy drive into the town of Cambridge for groceries and food, and we even enjoyed cooking in the property's gourmet kitchen. We will definitely keep this property on our list for future getaways from DC!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Juniper Cove. The weather was perfect. It was warm enough to sit on the front porch soaking up the sun, while watching the geese and ducks at the pond.
The house is spacious, and the rooms are very attractive. The activities provided —basketball, boating, ping pong plus nightly board games, kept the kids entertained.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking a holiday meal, but another saucepan or two and a hand mixer would be useful. Also the downstairs suite could use a robe hook in the bathroom.
We arrived at night and the next day we contacted the property manager about operating the fireplaces and heat. He responded promptly and was both helpful and pleasant.
All in all, our family had a great time and we would book this lovely property again.

We've stayed in many short term rentals around the world and this is one of the few that is better than the pictures. The house has all the modern conveniences and sits on a beautiful spot on the water. Everything you need for a great weekend, or longer, is there. The house feels very secluded and private but is close to restaurants and shops. The owner communicated the check in and out clearly and although we did not need anything during our stay, seemed to be reachable and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely rent this property again.

One of the best trips we've ever had! I'm honestly not even sure where to start. Huge bedrooms with comfortable beds. We brought a ton of food and the home had 2 kitchens and 3 refrigerators. Beautiful TV room, super comfortable furniture inside and out. Screen room is a nice bonus. Deck was huge and great to grill out on. Yard was spectacular and plenty of room to let the dogs run without worrying about them. Ping-pong, basketball court, indoor basketball was all super fun.
The home is spotless and extremely well maintained. Great communication from David. Super easy check-in and check-out.
I could just keep going on and on.

My family including two young children thoroughly enjoyed several days at Juniper Creek. The house is immaculate, modern and seems very recently renovated. We were late in the season so wished the salt water pool was heated but the newly installed hot tub made up for that. Loved canoeing and kayaking in the river, fishing in front pond and off the back deck lots of relaxing places to read, basketball hoops, ping pong. A fire pit by the water to enjoy the evenings. The area has great road biking and we enjoyed doing some of the Underground Railroad tour. The hosts were extremely responsive. Highly recommend.
