It has 4,108 sq ft of living space on a huge lot of 2.5 acres! This home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths is elegantly furnished with all your desired amenities.

The upstairs master suite offers a sitting area with a fireplace leading to a balcony overlooking the Japanese garden, a bathroom with a jetted tub, standing shower, separate vanities, a 2 large walk in closets. There is a downstairs master suite as well. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV. There are 2 spacious living rooms, 2 dining areas, a full kitchen, an office for adults, a study and play area for the little ones, and a game room. We have an indoor arcade basketball game, a ping pong table, a foosball table and an array of board games!

The backyard of this home is phenomenal! It is vast, secluded and stunning. Our home is located in the affluent city of Yorba Linda in northeast Orange County, California. It is a 25 minute drive to Disneyland, 40 minutes to the beach and 45 minutes to Los Angeles. There are lots of eateries, hangouts and shopping at Yorba Linda Station Plaza, Yorba Ranch Village Shopping Center and Yorba Linda Town Center. You can golf at Green River Golf Club, play tennis at Brush Canyon Tennis Courts, take you children to the Bryant Ranch Park or Sycamore Park or visit The Rinks Yorba Linda Ice for hockey, figure skating or ice skating.

It's best to have a car to get around!

Keep all doors and garage closed at all times so mice won't come inside. We do live in the hills!

Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses
Tenants who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without refund and will be fined their security deposit.
