We had an amazing time. The places was just what it said it was. The pond and the fire pit was so nice to sit be at night. The place had everything you could need.

Great location, well equipped, and extremely comfortable, the Lincoln Lake House was practically perfect in every day. There's loads to do, but we spent endless hours on the deck, relaxing and enjoying the peaceful setting. We (and our dogs) would love to return!

Great week at the lake

This lakehouse is sealed tight and clean. As someone who has rented multiple places on Upper Cold Stream, I can tell you that some of them are not well maintained and loaded with mice. It was so nice to stay at a place that was mice-free! The views are wonderful and the outdoor space very comfortable. I hope I get to rent again!

We had such a great time at the lake house but definitely overpacked. The lake house has everything you need and more: Lots of beach towels, life jackets, games, etc…. There was even a tether to the tree so the dog could hang out outside without us worrying about her running away. She had the best week of her life swimming all day. My kids were so sad to leave. They did a lot of fishing, swimming, and kayaking. I only wish we stayed longer. Can’t wait to go back next summer.

We just returned from our week away at the Lincoln lakehouse and we could not be more pleased. Great house in a great location. Plenty of privacy, would visit again.

This property is such a cute and clean place. I loved that everything was stocked such as plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, spices, coffee, tea, towels, cleaning supplies, games, books, and outdoor activities like the canoes, kayaks, cornhole set and outdoor fire sitting area. Unfortunately the weather was just horrible so we enjoyed the peace and quiet and watching the different people take their boats out. The days that werent raining we left the sliding door open to listen to all the sounds of nature. The deck is amazing and furnished completely for rest and relaxation. The kitchen is very roomy as well as the living and dining room. The layout of this small cabin on the lake was just perfect in my opinion. As a city person, the only thing I would adjust would to add full curtains or blinds to all the windows for night privacy. My family enjoyed visiting us and really was impressed with the cabin as well. I would highly recommend anyone to try this place out as it was really a wonderful place to stay, especially if you need to just disconnect and reboot your soul! Karen is very quick to reply to messages and was a very gracious host.

Had lots of fun on the lake with my pup, highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet location with your family!

This was our second stay at the Lake Cabiin and just as enjoyable .We definitely plan on returning.

It was exactly as the pictures showed it. No actually it was even better! We very much enjoyed the family atmosphere provided, the cleanliness, the fact that it had everything we could have possibly needed and then some, and that it was pet friendly! My daughter with a little help from her dad caught the biggest fish of her life! A 27 inch salmon! We give the Lincoln Lake House 5 stars and will definitely be coming back again! Thanks for the great hospitality!

This little.cabin was perfect for 3 adults and our small dog. It is convenient to town for groceries and gas and to all the day trips we had planned. We had everything we needed from kitchen to bath and the views were unreal. We caught the leaves at peak color and wow the reflection on the water was nothing short of amazing! The deck was a great place to sit and reflect. It was so worth the 20 hour drive! We will be back one day, I hope. Well worth your money to stay at the Lincoln House!

Our 3 year old and 4 year old absolutely loved the lincoln cabin. They both got to catch their first fish off the dock and we loved the use of the kayaks and canoe. We would take the canoe out several times a day with the girls and we saw so many fish ducks ducklings turtles. As the water is so clear. My husband took the kayak out one morning and saw a mink on the shore right up from the cabin. The cabin itself was beautiful very well kept and clean. Has all the accommodations you would need. We will be back

The fall colors were stunning. The reflections off the pond were beautiful making for great pictures. We enjoyed canoeing, bean bag toss, pond side fires. Two couples, two bathrooms, two queen beds it was a perfect choice for our Maine vacation.

The camp was beautiful. There is a perfect balance of sun and shade. Everything was provided. It was really perfect!!! I couldn't have had a more enjoyable week. Thank you for everything. I can't wait to go back.

Beautiful, peaceful place on the lake. Well appointed and has a great deck and fire pit are right on the shore. Hosts were very nice and accommodating.

All you have to do is show up at this place, and everything is ready for you! This place is private and quiet, with many amenities. It’s a newly renovated cabin right on the lake, and it’s done right! Decor is simple and beautiful. New appliances, including a washer and dryer. Excellent WiFi connection along with cable TV, and several board games ready to play. They even thought of the small details, like window fans for each of the bedrooms and labeling the light fixtures. Outdoor accommodations are equally as impressive. A big beautiful deck with grill and outdoor dining set. The lawn leads to the waterfront, where there is a combination of decks, wharfs, and floats. There is a fire pit, complete with wood and chairs. They also provide a variety of boats—kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat. The water is beautiful and clear. The property is in a cove, so it’s very calm and quiet—and only a short paddle to the main part of the lake. The owners are responsive, and keep the whole property very neat and clean. This place is a bargain! I’ll be going back every year.

The house is very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for the two of us, with room to spare. Great having laundry and dishwasher. They even called to let me know we had left a bag and mailed it to us right away.

Our family had the best weekend at the Lincoln Lake House. An incredible house, lake and get-away. This house and lake has so much to offer. The house is gorgeous inside. It is clean and has everything you need to cook, and enjoy your stay. Outside has the perfect balance of sun and shade. We went kayaking, fishing, swimming, and relaxed. A peaceful location but close enough to a store if you forget something! We brought our 2 and 5 year old here and we had such a great time we can't wait to go back.
