~~THE SPACE~~
Bedrooms: All bedrooms have a king-sized bed and smart TVs with Xfinity basic cable (log into to your favorite apps … Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.). The master bedroom is on the first floor, overlooks the pool area and includes a computer desk. It also has an en suite bathroom with double vanities and large walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor. The 3rd bedroom includes a twin-sized bunk bed.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes stocked with pots and pans for cooking meals, dishes, utensils, chef knives, a few coffee makers (Keurig, Mr. Coffee, etc.), blender, toaster, rice cooker, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of cabinet space for storage.
Family Room: The living room overlooks the pool area and includes a sectional sofa that offers plenty of seating for all. It includes a 65 inch smart TV with Xfinity basic cable (log into to your favorite apps … Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.).
Game Room: The game room is located on the second floor and includes a 65 inch Smart TV along with 3 arcade games – NBA Basketball, Street Fighter, Pac-Man/Galaga. You will also find children’s toys and board games. The kids will be entertained for hours!
Pool: The house includes a beautiful screened in lanai with full outdoor kitchen, smart TV and optional heated pool. If pool heating is requested, there is an extra charge. You will also find lounge chairs to relax, patio table / chairs and a BBQ grill. It has lots of privacy all around and is beautifully landscaped.
Exterior Cameras: There is a doorbell camera as well as security cameras on the sides of the house and above garage door (all facing the exterior of the home).
