Einfach alles. Der Stil dieses Hotels dazu auch noch sehr exklusiv. Hervorheben möchte ich und das war ausnahmslos die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Ich denke zu glauben das es sich um Mitarbeiter aus der Region handelt… Ich bin sehr viel auf der ganzen Welt unterwegs. Dieses Personal hat mich aber schon geflasht👍

Kleines Zimmer mit Dachschräge und Blick auf Industrie, Lage des Hotels direkt neben Industrie "Voest Alpine". Kein Restaurantbetrieb am Wochenende

The hotel room was huge. The staff provided for my dog a dog bed plus a chew toy and a water bowl. They were super friendly and welcoming with us.

I think the hotel should inform the guests about the wedding party in advance which might be a bit noisy during the night.

Nice building But a small room. We have the smallest room. I’m sure the room on the 2nd floor are impresive.

The hotel is very nice, 4 star (and are all there), nice staff, big comfy room, nice restaurant on site, all the amenitis, A/C, on floor vending macine (probably replace the in room fridge (due to the virus). Early breakfast, ery clean.
Looking at the map is close to the train station and close to a big factory, however you don't notice any of those, is very quiet, no strange nosies or anything.
My room didn't have enough curtain, there was curtain that cover the windows, but was very thin, and didn't cover all the corner, so at 5 am i was awaken by the sun.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Large and clean room. Nice (new) terrace, with a terrible view though...
Staff was super friendly, but a bit stiff/formal at the same time. Location is between railroad tracks and next to a factory, noise reduction is okay, but some people might not like it. Elevator was really small, it barely fits two people with luggage! Some dust on flat surface above bathroom mirror.
