In the centre of Costa del Silencio, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 550 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, pond, 2 swimming pools (depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, boccia. Supermarket 550 m, restaurant 25 m, bar, bakery 300 m, café, pebble beach "Playa de Montaña Amarilla" 550 m. Nearby attractions: Siam Park 17 km, Playa de Las Americas 18 km, Masca 50 km, Teide 52 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
