Watch the kids play in the yard while you sit under the fantastic outdoor entertaining area with built in BBQ – all fully fenced and secure.
Downstairs has ample living areas – one for the adults and one for the kids, along with a large kitchen and dining area too. Kitchen with gas cooking, microwave, dishwasher (no fighting over who is doing the dishes), coffee machine and lots more. Smart TV, games, toys and books to keep the family entertained at night. Laundry with washing machine and powder room with an extra shower.
Upstairs has all five bedrooms, along with ensuite, family bathroom and sitting area at top of the stairs to enjoy some quiet time whilst having a read of one of the many books on offer. Gas ducted heating throughout and WiFi available.

Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is a short stroll away. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a short stroll. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.

Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a fifty dollar charge deducted from your bond.
