This hotel is undergoing renovations. No breakfast or coffee. No amenities as advertised on site. Very disappointing. Scary to drive up and see piles of debris everywhere.

I didn’t like the fact there was a sign posted $10. pet fee then was charged $40. a day after my check out. I didn’t like the upkeep with unlocking the door for morning coffee then there was no coffee.

I found what could only be bed bugs in my room. The first one was on my bed, the second was on the trash can and when I started searching for more there was one crawling on me. I’ve taken pictures of each one and talked to the worker at the front desk. I had to go to another hotel because I would not have been able to sleep in that room or any other room on the hotel at that point. I wanted to get my luggage and belongs out of there. The entire hotel was a mess and apparently under a huge remodeling project. I can deal with remodeling and most insects to be honest but not bed bugs. For what it’s worth, the worker at the front desk was very nice and apologetic.

The picture of the pool was evidently when the motel was built. Pool was closed. Looks like it was in need of renovation and repairs. I may have been the only customer that night. I’m actually surprised after staying it was on Expedia. My TV remote only turned on and off the TV. I will say that bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. All I needed for the night. Luis the night clerk was outstanding to try and solve my TV issue and gave me a great dinner suggestion which was outstanding! It wasn’t his fault the place is falling apart. Next time in Santa Rosa I’ll stay at a Hampton or Comfort Inn.

Seems a bit overpriced, based on the cleanliness of the room (or the lack thereof). Breakfast was up to par, but would not stay here again as there are other hotels in the immediate area.

The motel was an older one but with many updates like nice linens & hot tub, & a good breakfast, we had a great stay. We'll remember this place for future trips.

My family was on a road trip from San Francisco back to Oklahoma and we needed a place to stay for a few hours. It may not have been the most elaborate hotel but it was clean and the staff was friendly.

I realize I had a good price for the hotel however I expect a clean room at a minimum. The room was had hair on sink, in shower, on towels. The air conditioning unit did not work. The pillows were small 1 foot by 1 foot squares. We drove for 19 hrs and needed a clean place to sleep... this was not it. In addition, when I checked in the attendant seems bothered - no hello or welcome or how can I help you... nothing but a blank stare... I had to start the conversation. If this is the expectations of Quality Inn corporate then I'm not interested in staying... Where does it say budget Hotel equates to sub par services and unclean room?

Friendly staff rooms are clean and comfortable reasonable rates. Good for over night stay while traveling. Good restaurant within walking distance
