This spacious, luxury home is perfect for large groups, offering a seamless blend of comfort and entertainment. On the top level, enjoy a great room ideal for gathering, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining room with ample seating for 20. Step out onto the deck or relax in the screened porch. Two king master suites, each with ensuite baths, provide privacy and convenience.

The mid-level features seven more master suites, including three king and two queen rooms, each with private baths and deck access, along with two bunk rooms perfect for kids. You'll never run out of entertainment in the ground-level rec room, where a pool table, ping pong, and a cozy den await. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
